Another Week In The Books

Another brutal Friday has passed us by. The worst morning of the week for me by far. It is all I can do to drag my ass out of bed...it sucks. I did have a good workout though. Some minor knee pain from my squats has been bothering me, but nothing major. I ran a little more than a mile and did stadium steps with Chris yesterday...solid cardio for sure. I am seeing more cuts in my chest, especially near my collarbone. My tris are coming in niceley and my arms are looking ok. My legs continue to shred out at a good rate. We are not doing regular weigh ins, as I think body compositionn is more important. I am certainly seeing gains, as are the other guys. I think we are all on target for sure. Sounds like you guys are doing great. I'm eager to see the results. As for me, I'm hitting it for another 2 weeks and then you'll see. For that knee pain you might want to take some glucosamine w/ chondroitin. It's kinda pricey, but it works on joints.

pricey huh? I work as an AP at a tv station, I hear pricey and I automatically say "Forget it". That and at the HOP I encourage my clients to "squat away" joint pain. This is actually backed by science as squatting actually encourages your joints to self lubricate...yeah yeah I said self lubricate...flame away.
