Pictures On Their Way

We took some video of the HOP this week and some still shots should be up on the site later this evening. We have before pics of BJ and myself, Chris will get his tomorrow. The images will be here soon I promise. Week 3 is about to begin and things are going well. I picked up a treadmill at a garage sale this week so my cardio will step up big time. We are switching to a full body circuit three times a week and meeting at a local track on Tuesday and Thursday for stadium steps and running. I think with the increase in focus on cardio as well as full circuit training, the results should begin to show this week for sure. I can already see mild results in my upper body and some impressive cuts in my quads. Hey Bowflex spokesman...how about emailing me some pics if your results are so outstanding and we will let the viewers decide! I'll gladly post your before pics and then your afters...after 8 weeks we will let the world decide what gets better results...the HOP or the gadgets. Let the games begin if you man enough!! The gauntlet has been thrown...

I once tried running on a treadmill but my large geet almost got sucked into the conveyor belt. Story of my life! When you've got a geet like mine, it's always a good idea to play it safe. By the way, when these pictures ever get posted, I would like the opportunity to be allowed to post pictures of my geet. I think that would be fair.... and, the fans would love it!!

It has come to my attention that "Large Geet" is none other than a mentally retarded 19 year old named Josh Battle. Battle constantly calls the TV station here and tries to get us to cover his "stories". Asking news anchors to come film him and his retarded friends playing x_box or racing go-karts. Sure you have a large geet pal...whatever. Does your mom know you are posting this filth?

What the hell is the matter with you Wags?
This poor man "large geet" is simply posting about his pet bird and how close their relationship is.
I commend this fine young man on taking his "Geet" with him everywhere he goes.
"Geets" make very good and loyal pets.
How dare you sir.
This young man may be mentally challenged but to bring his mom into the arguement is completely uncalled for.
All I have to say is "large geet" keep your bird well fed and be sure to stroke him...birds enjoy that sort of thing.
