Week 4 Wraps Up
Another week down and the results are still looking good. Vinson has lost 6 pounds and more importantly is seeing gains in his upper body. I am down about 7 pounds of body fat and am really starting to see my abs coming in. Week five will bring an extra amount of cardio as well as my beginning of my Lipo 6 cycle. My supplement order is due to arrive Wednesday and that combined with a sick amount of cardio should really put me over the top. Stay tuned for a briliant full page HOP ad done by BJ. It will feature our new logo as well as testimonials from some of our famous clientele. Jay Cutler, Ronnie, The Oak...apparently all got their start at the HOP from what I am reading and we have pics to prove it. Photos and quotes featuring me standning side by side these pros in front of our wall logo which was designed by Wages during the gym's conception. Awesome for sure. You wont see any of these guys on a Bowflex I might add! I look forward to seeing your pics atcontroller. Im sure when I see your laughable results, I will be able to take a break from all this cardio and eat some Krispy Kremes just to make it a competition. There is no possible way you are working as hard as I am. Not a knock on you, just you don't have access to the training facility that I do, thats all.
BJ is looking good, we are upping his cardio from 8 miles a week to 10 for week five and will continue to increase until the end of week 8.
After this week we will switch from our superset workout to a full circuit in order to increase fat burning. Nutrition is going well, I drank a lot at our weekly poker game last night, but I get a free day, so no big deal. The poker game is also helping me fund my supplements as I take a cut of the entry fees before the pot is tallied. It helps that I have won two out of three games as well. Its all for the supps baby!

First off, I still haven't seen any of your before pics... But also, just so everyone knows, I agreed to post my pictures on here knowing full well that no matter how good or bad my results are, Wags will still pick them apart. I can see it now, either my arms won't be big enough, my chest will be too small, my abs too ripped or my geet too large. So in 2 weeks I will e-mail my pics and await all the jesting.....
I WOULD SAY THE BEST WAY TO AVOID ALL THIS SO-CALLED JESTING, WOULD BE TO MAKE SURE YOUR PECS ARE'NT SMALL AND YOUR ARMS ARE BIG. I DON'T THINK YOU HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE ABS AND THE GEET MY FRIEND. WAGS-OUT!
